Responsibilities
- Service existing clients with billing, claims, and policy changes
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
- Cross-sell additional products to help families protect what matters most
- Support agency growth by retaining and upselling clients
- Be a trusted point of contact for customers
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License (Life license a plus)
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Positive attitude and team player
Salary : $30,000 - $80,000
