Responsibilities
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll become a trusted resource for our clients by helping them understand their policies and ensuring they receive prompt, friendly service. Your day may include:
- Assisting customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries.
- Answering inbound calls and providing timely, professional support.
- Communicating fluently in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse client base.
- Reviewing existing policies and identifying opportunities for additional coverage when appropriate.
- Processing policy updates and documenting customer interactions accurately.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Building strong relationships that encourage long-term customer retention.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and brings positive energy to every interaction. The ideal candidate is:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Property & Casual General lines license (or willingness to obtain)
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable learning new technology and agency systems.
- Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional, positive, and a collaborative team player.
- Insurance experience or licensing is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
