Responsibilities
- Service existing clients with billing, claims, and policy changes
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.
- Cross-sell additional products to help families protect what matters most.
- Support agency growth by retaining and upselling clients.
- Be a trusted point of contact for customers.
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License (Life license a plus).
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and team player.
Salary : $30,000 - $80,000
