Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Chicago office.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area while serving as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate with external vendors and building management to ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Partner with internal teams to support office operations, workplace procedures, and employee experience initiatives.
- Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, snacks, and catering.
- Plan and execute employee events, team gatherings, happy hours, celebrations, and other engagement activities.
- Help foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive office culture.
- Identify opportunities to continuously enhance the workplace experience.
- Previous experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities coordination, hospitality, event planning, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passion for creating an engaging employee experience.
- Ability to work onsite in the Chicago office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
