We’re seeking a Workday Business Analyst to support the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday across HR, Finance, and Payroll. This role sits at the intersection of IT and the business, driving system improvements, integrations, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and Workday configurations
- Configure and support Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting)
- Build and maintain integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs)
- Partner with IT on data flows, system architecture, and integrations
- Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot production issues
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system optimization
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Support Workday releases and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
- 3 years of Workday BA / Systems Analyst experience
- Hands-on with Workday configuration and integrations
- Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system architecture
- Experience with reporting, SQL, or data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
- Workday certifications (Integration, HCM, Financials)
- Experience with middleware/iPaaS or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Agile/Scrum experience
