- Manage the setup, customization, and maintenance of GA4 across digital properties
- Implement and monitor tracking strategies, including goals, events, and conversions aligned with business priorities
- Translate user behavior and traffic data into actionable recommendations
- Evaluate digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys, tying web metrics to broader business outcomes
- Develop and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau and other tools
- Collaborate with UX/UI and marketing teams to optimize user flows and site performance
- Identify trends in user engagement and funnel performance to support growth strategies
- Stay current on analytics trends, GA4 updates, and best practices in digital measurement
- 5 years of experience in digital analytics, with deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and related tools
- Skilled in using Semrush for SEO and competitive analysis
- Proficient in creating compelling, interactive reports using Tableau and Excel
- Experience working with SQL and integrating analytics data with CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
