Soni is partnering with a growing real estate organization to add a Staff Property Accountant to their team. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to full-cycle accounting across a property portfolio, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Assist with tenant billing, cash applications, and AR aging
- Analyze financial activity and investigate variances
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities
- Support budgeting, audit preparation, and year-end processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–4 years of accounting experience
- Experience in real estate or property accounting preferred
- Exposure to Yardi or similar accounting systems
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
