This role is responsible for keeping projects on track, teams aligned, and capacity balanced in an environment where priorities move quickly and deadlines are tight.
The Role
- Own traffic, timelines, and resourcing across creative, campaign, and digital work
- Manage capacity planning and anticipate needs before they become issues
- Partner closely with creative, digital, and account teams to keep work moving
- Ensure projects stay on time and on budget
- Maintain and enforce project management processes and systems
- Hold teams accountable and proactively remove blockers
Required Background
- 5 years of project management experience in a creative or marketing agency
- Experience managing high-volume, fast-moving workstreams
- Proven ownership of traffic and capacity planning
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
