Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and assist with backlog prioritization
- Track and manage requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations (e.g., Power BI)
- Produce documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of product and system documentation
- Maintain team knowledge repositories and workflows
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for enhancements and change requests
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 6 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize enterprise systems and applications
- Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., legal, consulting, finance)
- Strong initiative and sense of ownership
