Planning Associate

We are seeking a Planner Associate to join the forecasting and planning team at our client. This hybrid role focuses on supporting strategic allocations of watches and promotional products to retail locations across the U.S. The ideal candidate has a strong background in forecasting or buying, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Support inventory planning and allocation across retail partners, ensuring product availability and alignment with business goals
• Conduct forecasting and analysis using tools such as Power BI / BI Data Lake
• Manage data effectively, including mining, recordkeeping, and reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to balance business priorities and deliver accurate forecasts
• Identify process improvements to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 years of experience in forecasting, buying, or planning (retail or department store experience preferred; Macy’s or similar background is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with both qualitative and quantitative data
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
