Soni is seeking a Billing Specialist on behalf of a growing client. This role will focus on managing overdue accounts, reconciling customer records, resolving billing concerns, and ensuring timely posting of daily payments. The position works closely with both internal branch teams and external customers, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and address issues causing late payments, collaborating with branch leadership to resolve them.
• Track collection activities and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare monthly invoices and statements for contract clients.
• Professionally conduct outbound calls to collect overdue balances while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable inbox.
• Assist with general office and accounting tasks, including answering phones, filing, and customer support.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate billing & cash posting and working with a diverse customer portfolio.
• Minimum of 2 years in an accounting-related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate or above).
• Experience with Sage 100 is a plus.
  
  
  

Compensation: $24 - $25/Hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
