- Define and execute application strategy and roadmap in partnership with business and IT leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery and support of enterprise applications, including integrations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Manage and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating needs into effective technology solutions
- Oversee project portfolio, including prioritization, resource planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Manage vendor and SaaS partner relationships to ensure performance and value delivery
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and internal governance standards
- 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in enterprise applications (SaaS and custom solutions) supporting HR, Legal, or Learning functions
- Hands-on technical background with experience in development, integrations, and system architecture
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and deliver complex projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
