IT Business Support Analyst
Position Summary
The IT Business Support Analyst serves as a critical link between technical systems and business operations. This role provides hardware and software support, manages user access across enterprise applications, and evaluates business processes to drive efficiency improvements. The position also supports the organization’s core HOA management system, Vantaca, playing a key role in enhancing system performance, user satisfaction, and overall operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls across corporate systems
- Maintain system documentation, knowledge bases, and support resources
- Gather and analyze organization-wide feedback to identify operational issues
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Vantaca platform
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and SMEs to define goals and implement solutions
- Partner with external vendors to ensure optimal performance of business applications
- Provide day-to-day IT support in collaboration with the Director of Information Technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- (or 4 years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree)
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or business application support
- Certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred
- Experience with Vantaca is a plus, but not required
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office-based role requiring regular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, etc.)
- Frequent communication and collaboration across teams
- Physical activities may include standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed
- Visual requirements include close and distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
