Soni's client is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to oversee day-to-day human resources operations while also supporting general office administration for a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits and assist with benefits-related questions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Support day-to-day HR compliance and leave administration
- Assist with administration of both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors
- Coordinate general office operations and external vendors
- Oversee office supplies, deliveries, facilities, and other administrative needs
- Partner with Finance and leadership on HR-related initiatives
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding general HR questions and policies
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation
- Support additional HR and administrative projects as needed
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of progressive general HR experience
- Strong hands-on experience across core HR functions
- Experience with benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and employee records
- Comfortable taking on office management and administrative responsibilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative organization
- Ability to work onsite approximately 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors
- Paylocity experience
- Background in consulting, professional services, staffing, recruiting, or a similar environment
- Experience supporting employees across multiple locations
- HRIS experience and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
Compensation: $40 - $50/ Hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
