Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s complex calendar, travel, and correspondence
- Prepare, review, and edit materials for meetings and board communications
- Coordinate Board and leadership meetings, including agenda prep, materials, and follow-up
- Serve as liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s with additional experience)
- 10 years of admin experience, with direct support to senior or C-suite executives
- Strong editing/proofreading and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; adaptable to new tools
- High professionalism, discretion, and organizational ability
