The Customer Service Front Desk Representative is responsible for greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This role ensures a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative and communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, clients, or guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about services, products, or policies
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
  • Manage appointments, reservations, or check-ins/check-outs
  • Process payments, invoices, or basic transactions (if applicable)
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling systems)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude


Compensation; $24-27/hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
