We’re supporting a major retail brand in hiring a Retail Marketing Project Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store prototype initiatives. This role sits at the center of Retail Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience—ensuring all prototype deliverables are organized, aligned, and executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project coordination for in-store prototype programs, ensuring all marketing and creative deliverables stay on timeline.
- Provide clear feedback on creative concepts, tests, and briefs—translating consumer insights into actionable direction.
- Serve as a key project resource for cross-functional teams, offering clarity, context, and organized communication throughout each phase.
- Oversee all workflow management within Workfront, ensuring tasks, updates, and approvals are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct competitive store walks, signage audits, and attend in-store walkthroughs as needed.
- Track and maintain marketing budgets tied to prototype efforts.
- Respond quickly to evolving feedback, shifting priorities, and direction from leadership.
- Organize, document, and maintain all project files and briefs within Teams and Workfront.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5–10 years of retail marketing experience; agency or creative operations background a plus.
- Strong experience evaluating creative work and giving thoughtful, actionable feedback.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple fast-moving projects.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, solving problems proactively, and driving clarity across teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across creative, marketing, and CX functions.
- Experience with Workfront and Microsoft Teams a plus.
- Interest in retail, fashion, or off-price categories preferred.
- Ability to work hybrid in Framingham, MA and visit nearby stores as needed.
Compensation: $38-$45/Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
