- Support business development managers by scoping needs, coordinating requests, and facilitating information flow across teams and regions.
- Assist with pitch and proposal materials, including research, drafting biographies, compiling matter descriptions, and preparing client-facing content.
- Maintain and update databases, including matter profiles, transactions, contact lists, and CRM systems.
- Contribute to legal directory and award submissions through research, content preparation, and coordination of client references.
- Monitor market and client activity, conduct research, and share insights to support opportunity-spotting and sector initiatives.
- Produce business development communications, such as newsletters, bulletins, and campaign-related materials.
- Support global and industry-focused initiatives, including execution of sector plans, market analysis, and other ad hoc strategic projects.
- Bachelor’s degree and business development or marketing experience in a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
