Chief Accountant

The Accounts Payable Manager/ Chief Accountant oversees day-to-day payment operations and related accounting activities to ensure timely, accurate processing and strong financial controls. This role supports financial reporting, cash flow needs, and continuous process improvements while working closely with internal partners to maintain effective workflows and fiscal accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• :Manage core A/P operations, vendor payments, and expense processin
• gEnsure adherence to accounting policies, controls, and reporting requirement
• sSupport month-end close activities and account reconciliation
• sAssist with cash flow monitoring and general financial analysi
• sEnhance workflows through procedural and system improvement
• sProvide direction and support to A/P staf
• fAssist with audits, reporting, and cross-functional initiative
