AR Specialist

Soni is working with a well-established, family-owned distribution company is seeking a hands-on to hire a Temporary AR Specialist for an immediate opportunity. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily cash receipts
• Post customer payments accurately
• Process credit card transactions
• Research customer credit memos and resolve statement inquiries
• Maintain virtual filing and AR documentation
• Communicate with customers, sales teams, managers, and leadership
• Provide day-to-day AR support to the Office Manager
  
  
  

Required Skills:

• Accounts Receivable experience
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable handling high-volume transactions
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to problem-solve independently
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Able to work onsite
• Background check required
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• 1-3 years
• AR lead or supervisory experience
• Experience in a distribution or transactional environment
• Exposure to automotive aftermarket accounting
  
  
  

Compensation: $23–$26/hour

Salary is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
