AP/AR Specialist

Soni is partnered with a client looking for an experienced AP/AR Specialist for a contract project in Knoxville, TN. This is a minimum 3-month assignment supporting a team through an ERP transition, with an ASAP start.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor management
• Accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, and collections follow-up
• Account reconciliations and cleanup across AP and AR ledgers
• Support the ERP transition, including data validation and cutover support
• Month-end close support for AP/AR
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 4 to 8 years of AP/AR experience
• ERP system experience, ideally through a system transition or migration
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with a cleanup mindset
• Available to start ASAP
  
  
  

This role reports to the Controller and is ideal for someone experienced who can step in quickly and keep AP and AR running through a system changeover.

Compensation: $28/ Hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
