As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests and responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and accuracy of hotel records. Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and handle guest requests with professionalism and warmth
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor security cameras, conduct room inspections, and oversee property safety during overnight hours
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and financial summaries for management review
- Maintain guest records, update reservation systems, and ensure all data is accurate and secure
- Provide guest services such as concierge assistance, local information, and resolving any issues promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, security protocols, and hotel safety standards is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries professionally
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
