Night Audit Guest Service Representative

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift while completing the daily audit and ensuring the property's operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Work independently to manage guest requests and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Utilize Quore software to track and manage guest communications and service requests efficiently.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Follow hotel safety and security procedures during the overnight shift
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Complete the nightly audit and balance all daily transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous Fosse experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Quore or similar guest service management software preferred.
• Availability to work the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift consistently.
