Duties
- Perform nightly audits of all hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance systems and responding to emergencies as necessary.
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and phone systems is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
