Role Summary
Own technical product areas — analytics, AI/care platform, or patient identity & demographics — defining strategy, requirements and roadmap, and partnering closely with engineering and data teams to deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap and detailed requirements for a technical/data-heavy product area.
- Work directly with engineering and data science on scoping, trade-offs and delivery.
- Use data to size opportunities, define metrics and measure outcomes.
- Manage stakeholders across clinical, operations and business teams.
- SQL
- Python (familiarity)
- AWS (awareness)
- Comfort with SQL for self-serve analysis; understanding of data/AI systems and cloud (AWS) concepts; Python familiarity preferred for technical fluency with engineering teams.
- Prior engineering/data science background.
- Experience with AI/ML, analytics, or identity/MDM products.
- Healthcare, claims or EHR domain knowledge.
