Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the vehicle sales process from credit application to vehicle funding
- Ensure compliance of vehicle sales contracts with state and group requirements
- Manage vendors and outsourcing activities
- Collaborate with central accounting to produce timely financial statements
- Support sales teams across the organization to facilitate efficient vehicle funding and processing
- Ensure timely funding for contracts in transit
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales and accounting operations
Qualifications:
- Automotive TItle Clerk Experience a MUST
- DealerTrack experience a MUST
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in business office duties
- High School diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
