Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary coordinator for provider integration within the health service organization.
- Lead onboarding and transition activities for physicians and medical practices, ensuring a seamless integration experience while fostering strong relationships between providers, hospital leadership, and administrative teams.
- Provide project management oversight for physician and practice transitions and support operational readiness across ambulatory services.
- Coordinate and facilitate the successful integration of newly hired physicians, providers joining through practice acquisitions, and providers entering new practice locations.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships between physicians, hospital leadership, administrative teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative departments to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact onboarding or transition activities.
- Monitor progress, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and maintain appropriate documentation throughout the onboarding process.
- Support organizational initiatives related to provider integration, practice acquisitions, and operational transitions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in a supervisory role required.
- Experience coordinating provider onboarding, physician relations, healthcare operations, project management, or practice integration preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, executives, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, physician practice management, and ambulatory services preferred.

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Pay: $40-45/hr
