Seasonal Part Time Maintenance & Landscape Assistant
The Maintenance & Landscape Assistant role assists the Facilities Department with ground maintenance, mowing, weed eating, raking, trimming, building maintenance and cleaning, shredding and disposal of confidential papers, providing support to the mailroom and transporting supplies and equipment between departments or locations. Required to work inside and outside in different weather conditions.
The ideal candidate must have ability to drive a vehicle with a small trailer attached and have current and valid driver’s license. Prior maintenance experience preferred.

SUMMARY:
- Assists in keeping premises of bank facilities in clean and orderly condition.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with ground maintenance activities. (Mowing, weed eating, raking, trimming, etc.)
- Responsible for disposing of confidential papers and records.
- Transports supplies and equipment between departments and locations.
- Completes necessary cleaning of the premises on a periodic basis, such as sweep, mop, vacuum and clean woodwork.
- Provides backup support to the mailroom operations.
- Performs other tasks as requested by manager as they relate to the bank and its functions.
- Adheres to bank policies and procedures.
NECESSARY SKILLS:
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High school education.
- Prior maintenance experience preferred.
- Driver’s License and experience with towing a small trailer or enclosed trailer.
- Experience using commercial mowing equipment preferred.
