Duties
- Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation, and general horticulture tasks
- Coordinate and oversee landscaping and construction projects
- Lead and motivate a team of landscape technicians to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
- Inspect work sites regularly to maintain high standards of landscaping aesthetics and functionality
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are used safely and effectively
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and horticulture techniques
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding service
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, construction, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening, and horticulture
- Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams confidently
- Excellent knowledge of landscape tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Leadership skills that inspire teamwork and accountability
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects efficiently
- Good communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
- Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices related to landscaping and maintenance
- Bilingual is a plus
