About the Role
As Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the revenue future of Solutions Review. You will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with top technology vendors, enterprise clients, and marketing teams. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, you’ll be a hands-on leader with the ability to close deals, develop new business, and expand existing relationships.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with technology vendors, marketing firms, and channel partners.
- Account Management: Build long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring renewals and upsells of Solutions Review’s media and marketing services.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business goals.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, product, and operations teams to align solutions with client objectives and market trends.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and report performance metrics to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology media, advertising, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of digital media, demand generation, and technology marketing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track engagement.
- Passion for emerging technologies and the ability to speak credibly to enterprise software buyers.
