Project Manager

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of Project Management experience handling inception to mass production customer-facing hardware, firmware, and software product development
• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Tools
• Mastery of the Atlassian platform (Jira and Confluence) highly desirable
• Experience with hardware development, BOM management, and BOM structure
• Knowledge of project scheduling, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution
• Strong communication skills to interface with internal teams and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage hardware development project schedules, budgets, and resources with engineering teams and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal partners on product development schedules, dependencies, and budgets.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Interface between customers, product engineering, and cross-functional teams, setting and managing schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Synthesize large data sets into clear reports for presentation and decision-making.
