Assembler

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years of mechanical assembly, electro mechanical assembly, or machine build experience
• Experience in medical device, automation, capital equipment, or regulated manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, 3D models, and assembly documentation
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and torque tools
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting
• Experience with prototype builds, first article assemblies, and ECO implementation preferred

Responsibilities

• :Lead assembly of complex automation systems, custom machinery, and precision mechanical assemblie
• sInterpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and BOMs to support build
• sPerform alignment, calibration, fitting, and tolerance verification on precision equipmen
• tTroubleshoot mechanical, fit up, and tolerance stack issues and implement corrective action
• sSupport prototype builds, first article assemblies, and engineering change
• sMentor junior assemblers and work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality team
