Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or technical certification a plus)
• 5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within IT infrastructure, data center, tier-one consumer electronics, or semiconductor industries
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills with ability to refine complex technical or legal updates into clear, actionable executive summaries
• Technical literacy to discuss technical specifications including mechanicals, thermal management, power distribution, and rack-level integration
• Experience managing complex, multi-party, multi-program management and business negotiations
• Familiarity with industrial project management and technical documentation (program NPI management, product drawings, thermal components)
• Must be fluent in Mandarin
• Ability to travel to Asia when necessary

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) including GCM, OPM, Engineering, and Quality teams to foster relationships and understand infrastructure needs
• Proactively identify new business opportunities within CSP ecosystem focusing on custom hardware solutions and drive timely project completion
• Collaborate with headquarters to finalize commercial agreements including NDAs, program SOWs, and specialized legal reviews
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, after-service) to capture requirements and align account strategy
• Build communication channels with customer OPM to manage demand forecasting and capacity planning for critical launch windows
