🔍 Accounting Manager – Insurance Industry
We’re partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the insurance industry seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead accounting operations, including close and financial reporting
• Review loss reserves and partner with actuarial teams
• Support GAAP, STAT, and SEC reporting
• Drive process and system improvements
• Mentor and develop staff
Requirements / Experience:
• CPA and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience within the insurance industry
• Experience supporting or working within P&C insurance
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, STAT, and SEC reporting
• Experience with loss reserves, reinsurance, or underwriting results preferred
• Proven ability to operate in a leadership capacity
