- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
- Coordinate property inspections and condition assessments, partnering with internal teams and external vendors
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, property managers, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance and operational issues
- Manage inspection schedules, gather reports, track findings related to property conditions, capital projects, and deferred maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of repair requirements, cost estimates, and vendor recommendations within internal systems
- Support the preparation of internal reports summarizing inspection outcomes and recommended actions
- Create and oversee work orders based on tenant requests, site visits, and technician input
- Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance updates, scheduling, and lease-related responsibilities
- Keep operational records up to date, including billing logs, property condition reports, and vendor compliance documentation
- 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate operations, or a related administrative/project coordination role
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working with tenants, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
