What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Pediatric Speech Therapist (Clinic Based) - 20 Hour Week position at Project Speech?
Project Speech is hiring a Part-Time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist. This position is to work in our Boynton Beach-based clinic for a total of 20 hours a week. The schedule would consist of Tuesdays and Thursday from 8:30 am-6:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:30am - 12:30pm. This position has opportunity for growth.
Project Speech is a pediatric speech therapy practice passionate about causing change in a child’s life. We have provided speech therapy to children 18 months and older since 2017. Our practice values cultural responsiveness and work/life balanace.
The speech therapist’s responsibilities would include:
- Provide speech therapy services to pediatric patients in a clinic setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (Plan of Care)
- Complete daily documentation and progress notes in EMR
- Perform re-evaluations and write reports
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers
- Coordinate care and support discharge planning

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
- Spanish Speaking
- Experience with pediatrics
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with other therapists
- Passionate about speech therapy and working with children
