Subcontractor & Vendor Coordina
- tionAssist with preparation and tracking of subcontracts, purchase orders, vendor agreements, and subcontractor corresponde
- nce.Coordinate warranties, compliance documents, and required project documentation from subcontractors and vend
- ors.Support communication between project teams, vendors, architects, and field person
nel.
RFIs, Submittals & Meeting Coordin
- ationCoordinate and track the full submittal and shop drawing process to ensure timely review and appro
- vals.Assist with drafting and managing RFIs alongside Project Managers and field t
- eams.Maintain accurate RFI logs, submittal logs, and project tracking rep

Billing & Administrative S
