Schedule: Flexible - 24 hours per week (You choose schedule during hours of Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM)

Pay Rate: $45 / hourly

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11213 (Residential Setting)

Responsibilities

- Responsible for providing nursing care and coordinating medical services for individuals in assigned IRA sites

- Assessment of the medical needs of the individuals, plans intervention, and evaluates outcome of care and performs treatments and special medical care as mandated.

- Coordinates with other medical providers regarding care management.

- Responsible for monitoring medical care of individuals.

Requirements

- NYS RN license

- 1-2 years of experience as RN

- BLS card- Associates Degree

- Covid Vaccination Proof
