Solo Stove is looking for an intern eager to learn the ins and outs of Social, Influencer & Events Marketing to help bring our fired-up community to life — online and In Real Life. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role built for someone who lives on social media, thrives in the details, and gets genuinely excited about campfires, backyard hangs, and the people who love them.
You'll have a hand in making social content come to life, help execute creator partnerships, and assist in pulling off events that make people feel the Solo Stove brand in real life. You'll work closely with our marketing team and report into the Director of Social & Partnerships (owner of decisions on strategy, budget, and content direction).
What You'll Do
Community Management
- Monitor and engage with Solo Stove's social channels daily — responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand way
- Surface trends, community feedback, and notable UGC to the broader marketing team
- Help grow and nurture an active, loyal brand community across platforms
Content Creation & Social
- Support the creation of real-time, trend-driven content that is native to each platform
- Assist in developing owned content that ladders up to brand strategy
- Lean on our creator network to supplement content output — you help make sure the right content gets made at the right time
Influencer & Creator Management
- Coordinate the logistics of creator partnerships: contracts, briefs, timelines, and deliverable tracking
- Route final content, strategy decisions, and budget questions to Director for approval
- Maintain organized records of partnerships, deliverables, and performance notes
Events Support
- Assist in planning and executing Solo Stove events and activations
- Serve as a go-to coordinator on the ground at events — managing logistics, vendors, and team communication
What We're Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, or events (previous internships count!)
- Genuine passion for social media — you know what's trending before it trends
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail; you can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Clear, confident communicator — in writing, on a call, and in person
- Comfortable working with contracts, timelines, and creative briefs
- Experience with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) from a brand or creator perspective
- A team player who's also comfortable owning their lane
- Dallas-based and able to travel domestically up to monthly
- Length: June 2026-May 2027
- Weekly Commitment: 10-15 hrs/week (flexible); in Grapevine office 2x week
- Paid internship: TBD
- Employee product discounts (yes, you'll want them)
- Opportunities to attend events and activations across the country
