SUMMARY
The Associate Product Manager supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing programs and initiatives for the Regenerative Portfolio of products. This role contributes to brand and product marketing strategies, supports educational programs and industry trade shows, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive marketing initiatives that support commercial objectives. The position also evaluates marketing program performance and provides insights that help inform marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Brand and Product Marketing – Regenerative Portfolio
- Program Management – Support the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Marketing Operations Support – Support the development and maintenance of marketing content, collateral, and promotional resources
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Contribute to brand marketing campaigns, including supporting the development and execution of email, social media, and digital/integrated marketing initiatives
- Support the development and refinement of sales support tools and localized marketing content to assist commercial initiatives
- Manage updates to marketing literature, website content, and digital marketing assets to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
- Support distribution partners by providing current branding guidelines, marketing content, and product messaging
- Partner with the Director of Education to support clinical education initiatives, programs, and related marketing materials
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support implementation of structured follow-up processes and engagement strategies for marketing programs
- Analysis and report on the performance of marketing promotions and programs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain and monitor competitive intelligence, product databases, and pricing information to support marketing strategy and decision-making
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Strong communication skills, oral and written, are essential. Capability to write marketing content with assistance
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or another related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Product Management or Marketing Management role
