About the Role
This is a 3 to 4-month part-time administrative contract position supporting the marketing team during a multi-brand rebrand project. The work is organizational, coordination-based, and tactical : managing document inventories, tracking project status, and assisting with website content migration alongside a marketing team that manages multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
Document and Asset Management
- Review and inventory existing brand assets (documents, images, packaging) to determine which assets needs to be updated or retired
- Coordinate with stakeholders including brand leads, designers, quality, and distribution tomove assets through review and approval stages
- Track and report on project status weekly
- Review materials for consistency with brand guidelines
- Support file attribute updates (compression or format based on use)
Website Support (Wordpress)
- Assist with cleanup and migration of content, documents, and images to new web properties
- Coordinate stakeholder review through to completion
- Conduct online research as needed
- Report on project status weekly
What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience with marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter who can work independently and will ask for help when needed to drive to project completion
- Problem-solver, listen well, and flex to different styles and personalities
- WordPress familiarity required:
- Microsoft 365 proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- An eye for design inconsistencies is appreciated, but not required
