What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumbers / Laborers / Helpers Needed ASAP! position at SOLID Personnel?
We are looking for Journeyman level Plumbers to take on commercial work.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain copper piping systems
- Perform rough-in plumbing work accurately and efficiently
- Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing schematics
- Cut, thread, and install various types of pipe (PVC, copper, cast iron, steel, etc.)
- Install water supply lines, drainage systems, and venting systems
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functionality
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- 3 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects preferred
- Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
