Schedule - 20 hours a week
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Prepare and manage office documents and correspondence
- Oversee accounts receivable processes using Quickbooks
- Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Support daily administrative functions for a medium team (6-15 people)
- Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools for office productivity
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in office administration
- Proficient in Quickbooks and accounts receivable management
- Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping best practices
