The Office Administrative Assistant provides essential support to a medium-sized team by managing key administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping. This role primarily involves handling accounts receivable functions using Quickbooks.

 

Schedule - 20 hours a week


Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
  • Prepare and manage office documents and correspondence
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes using Quickbooks
  • Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks
  • Support daily administrative functions for a medium team (6-15 people)
  • Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools for office productivity

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in office administration
  • Proficient in Quickbooks and accounts receivable management
  • Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping best practices
