Vascular Sonographer - Reynoldsburg, OH

A diagnostic ultrasound professional with expertise in vascular imaging is needed for a contract position in Reynoldsburg, OH. This role focuses on providing high-quality vascular ultrasound and related diagnostic procedures while adhering to established clinical standards and regulatory guidelines. The technologist will work closely with clinical supervisors and healthcare teams to deliver accurate diagnostics and contribute to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities Include

• Performing diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations per physician orders
• Operating vascular lab equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining and documenting patient records and imaging data
• Assisting physicians during special vascular procedures
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Precepting students and new staff as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and adhering to infection control protocols

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Graduate of an accredited vascular technology program
• Registered or eligible for registration as an RVT through ARDMS or RVS through CCI (registration within 90 days of hire required)
• Minimum of two years experience in a vascular ultrasound role preferred
• Completion of at least 15 hours of vascular CME every three years per IAC standards
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
