An opportunity is available for an experienced Teacher for the Visually Impaired to support multiple school districts in Washington County, PA. This full-time contract position offers the chance to work with students from kindergarten through 12th grade across various locations. The role requires flexibility, as travel between different sites is necessary, with the possibility of virtual support for certain districts on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and support to visually impaired students across K-12 grade levels.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to develop and implement individual education plans.
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
• Travel between multiple school districts within Washington County to deliver direct services.

Qualifications

• Active Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) educator certification is required.
• Experience working with visually impaired students across various grade levels.
