Schedule/Hours
- Flex shift: 36 hours per week (7:00am – 7:30pm or 11:00am – 11:30pm)
- Off shift/On-call: 4–5 shifts per 13-week assignment (can be 12-hour shift or on-call, day or night)
- Current RN license
- Minimum 2 years’ recent OR experience across versatile surgical service lines
- Strong aptitude for adaptable teamwork and thriving in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
- Ability to provide care for a full age spectrum: neonate, pediatrics, adults, geriatrics
- Scrub, circulate, and assist in a broad array of surgical procedures for both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Adhere to rigorous patient safety and infection control protocols
- Engage in active collaboration with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and support staff
