Schedule/Hours
- Four, 10-hour day shifts per week
- 4 to 5 off-shift/on-call requirements per 13-week contract (12-hour shift or on-call, day or night)
- Active RN license
- Minimum 4 years of recent CVOR experience
- Strong proficiency in both CVOR scrub and circulate roles (circulators only are not eligible)
- Proven ability to manage care for a range of surgical specialties and patient ages
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and skilled in fast-paced environments
- Provide expert cardiovascular OR nursing care, including scrubbing and circulating duties
- Prepare and manage OR suites for complex procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical and anesthesia teams
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and patient care protocols
