Schedule/Hours
- Travel assignment with flexible start dates
- Active RN license, eligible for North Carolina practice
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Stepdown or Cardiac Stepdown care
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to adjust to fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to cardiac and stepdown patients
- Monitor vital signs, manage cardiac drips, and interpret telemetry
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care
