Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to monitor progress and adjust therapy goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Travel to multiple school locations as required
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-age children in a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to manage caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently
- Willingness to travel between school sites
