Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Schenectady, NY

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to monitor progress and adjust therapy goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with school-age children in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to manage caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently
