Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP licensure in South Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in new environments
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Document progress and maintain records in accordance with school standards
